Natura Cosméticos S.A. announced today that consents are being solicited on behalf of Avon Products, Inc.

The consents are being solicited from holders of Avon’s outstanding 5.000% Notes due 2023 and 6.950% Notes due 2043 as of 5:00 p.m. New York City time, on July 18, 2019.

This effects an amendment to each of the indentures governing the Notes, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Consent Solicitation Statement, dated July 19, 2019.

The Consent Solicitations will expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time, on July 25, 2019.

In May, Natura & Co. announced it was acquiring Avon Products.
